Convertible

This Camaro was a step by step project.  The car was just to have a used radio installed.

This project turned into a full replacement of the whole stereo system and adding under the car neon kit & Corvette rims.

The "din" sized radio the customer wanted to have installed, didn't work. he then wanted to use a "double din" Alpine 3 disc changer/ Cassette player w/EQ. The customer did know that it wouldn't fit, and asked if we could customize the dash. We custom cut the factory Din & 1/2 opening to accommodate the Double Din size of the new radio.

Starting with adding 4 Phoenix Gold coaxial speakers, in the factory locations (keeping the factory grills).

We Then added an Alpine 4 channel amp to run

the inside speakers, and a Phoenix Gold ZX series

amp, to run the JL Audio 12" ProWedge Sub Box.

The sub box fit perfectly in the trunk,

facing toward the convertable roof.
